Interesting-looking project for people who have become significantly removed from the labour market. After an initial interview to assess suitability, users join in on 10 week wood- and metalwork training schemes, working 3 ½ days/ week on small projects (toolboxes, coffee tables). Can progress to large team work projects (boats, shelters).
Aim is empowerment and personal development (rather than producing skilled wood/metal workers).
